By purchasing any of our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Digital Products & Online Courses
All digital downloads, online courses, and educational materials are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once access has been granted, we cannot revoke it, making all sales final.
Coaching & Consulting Services
Coaching and consulting sessions, whether one-on-one or group-based, are non-refundable once booked.
Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion, subject to availability.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Membership fees are non-refundable, and cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle.
There are no prorated refunds for unused time or content.
Live & Virtual Events
Event tickets, workshops, and masterclass fees are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend a paid event, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future event, at our discretion.
Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you believe there was an error with your purchase, please contact us at support [at] breakfastleadership [dot] com within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
